Dr. Robert W. Fattouch

Dr. Robert W. Fattouch is a board certified pediatric dentist who was been in private practice since 2004. He started Poway Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics in March of 2012, after being at one of the most prestigious pediatric dental groups in Arizona for seven and a half years. Originally from Diamond Bar, California, Dr. Fattouch graduated from Diamond Bar High School and then went on to attend the University of California, at Riverside. He played on the U.C. Riverside men's soccer team and was a founding father for the Theta Lambda chapter of the international fraternity, Delta Tau Delta.

He graduated in 1997 with his Bachelor's of Science in Biology and with a minor in History from U.C. Riverside. After graduation, he moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to attend Temple University School of Dentistry, the second oldest dental school in the country. Upon completing dental school, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), he completed a one-year General Practice Residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, and was then accepted to the Brookdale Hospital and Medical Center Pediatric Dentistry residency in Brooklyn, New York. He lived in Brooklyn for two years, completing his pediatric dental training, and then decided to move to Arizona. Dr. Fattouch is a family-oriented person, and after so many years away from his family, he decided it was time to move back to Southern California and settle close to them. After searching the San Diego and Orange County area, he decided that Poway was the place to settle down, establish his practice, be close to his family, and hopefully start one of his own soon.

Dr. Tiffany Lu

Dr. Tiffany Lu is from Canada and attended McGill University to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Anatomy, Cell Biology, and Psychology. Her love for the arts and many years of volunteering worldwide led her to discover a passion for dentistry and ultimately orthodontics. She received her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry from Nova Southeastern University, where she was also inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society in recognition of exemplary character and scholarship. She has worked in Southern California since completing her Master of Science in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at Loma Linda University and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. Outside of orthodontics, you can find her cooking, traveling, and exploring San Diego with her rescue pup, Dixie!

Dr. Denisse Monroy

Dr. Denisse Monroy is a California native and was born and raised in Northern California. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at CSU Stanislaus. Dr. Monroy obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at UCLA School of Dentistry. She also completed her pediatric dentistry training at UCLA where she served as Chief Resident. Soon after graduation she relocated to Santa Cruz, CA and as a National Health Service Corps Scholar she had the opportunity to provide dental care to children within low income and underserved communities. Dr. Monroy feels fortunate to have the opportunity to treat children and play a role in early dental education. She hopes to empower children and their families to make choices for a lifetime of good oral health . 

Dr. Monroy, her husband and toddler love exploring San Diego's different neighborhoods, restaurants and coffee shops. She also loves to spend time with her energetic Goldendoodle at his favorite dog beach or park! 

Dr. Bains

Dr. Bains’ journey in dentistry began in India, where she earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery. Upon moving to the United States, she obtained a Master of Advanced Studies in Clinical Research from the University of California, San Diego, followed by her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University at Buffalo, New York.

While completing her General Practice Residency at Community Medical Centers in California, Dr. Bains discovered her passion: pediatric dentistry. She went on to complete her specialty training at NYU Langone Hospitals- CA site, gaining clinical experience at Rady Children’s Hospital and San Diego Children’s Dental Clinic. She is passionate about serving families and promoting oral health awareness within the community. Dr. Bains firmly believes that by providing quality dental care in a supportive environment, we can instill a positive attitude in children toward their dental health.
